Biography
Dr Blaise got her PhD in economics in 2004 at the Center for International Economics and Finance (CEFI-CNRS) of the University of the Mediterranean (today Aix-Marseille University). In the meantime, she also got a Master Degree in Regional Development Economics at the Institute of Economic Research of Hitotsubashi University (Tokyo). She worked at the Australian National University (Canberra) before becoming senior lecturer at the University of New Caledonia in 2007.
